Australian pavilion – Giardini Biennale – Venezia
The operable panels of the new Australian pavilion built at the Giardini della Biennale in Venice.
The outside looks vaguely interesting – the aspect of the building within its surroundings and how it fits into the landscape – but really it is just a safe, unthreatening and conformist structure. The inside is the usual white cube.
